Good Medicine - NaPoWriMo

Good Medicine
Submerged (and light) up past my heart
In a swirling, whirling, fractal current
Of a shiny green river rolling cold and clean
Down from the mountains and away
Far away.
But here in this place, in this space
--Under mountain skyline and dome of blue heavens--
First splicing, weaving, linking
With the heat from deep within
My Mother (Earth)
Where her nectar rises to meet me
To envelop and hold me
Like any good Mother.
Soothing my soul with good medicine.
